Cat Coquillette is an illustrator and full time nomadic artist who has been traveling the world full-time for over a decade. True to her name, she’s a devoted animal lover who volunteers her time supporting TNR efforts for Thailand’s street cats and dogs. She’s also an avid hiker and it’s one of her favorite ways to get her bearings in a new place, whether it’s up mountain trails or through cobblestone markets.
Her favorite activity is aimless wandering with a good playlist. Cat’s always chasing the next thing to learn or make: a new dish at a street food stall, a local painting workshop, calligraphy lessons, language tutors, and classes for cooking, ceramics, and jewelry making. She’s always looking for something interesting to quench her curiosity.
As founder of CatCoq and creator of The Art of Collections™, Cat has helped over half a million students build their creative careers. She’s also a keynote speaker known for bringing warmth and practical guidance to the creative community. Her own work is instantly recognizable with bold color and a joyful sense of storytelling.
