Quilt Market is upon us and here’s our lineup for the upcoming Fall 2014 season!
Gina and Michelle were excited to be asked to be judges for the North Jersey Modern Quilt Guild’s The Land That Never Was block challenge. Wow, what great blocks! It was not an easy choice. But in the end, 3 bubbled to the top and we are excited to share them with you. Congratulations to the winners Jessica Fabula, Aubrey Cece, and Josephine Dakers!
The challenge: create a block using 3 blindly chosen fat 1/8ths of fabric, using only white as a contrast color.
We fell hard for this simple and bold Supersized Shoo Fly quilt designed by Malka Dubrawsky and was featured on American Patchwork & Quilting. The bold solid colors frame these beautifully detailed prints wonderfully!

There was much frolicking to be had sparked in part by the bright festive colors on one of the last warm days of the season.
